About Me

Hi! My name is Amity and I am a NYC based sports dietitian that specializes in helping runners of all distances, whether you’re training for your first 5k or your millionth ultramarathon.

I graduated from Columbia University with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology and have helped hundreds of athletes optimize their nutrition for recovery and performance.

I practice a non-diet approach in an effort to foster a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Our work together will include evidence-based nutrition guidelines to help create an individualized nutrition plan to support your training goals.

As a runner myself, I strive to work with you to create a custom plan with meal plans and product recommendations to help you recover better and feel your best. All sessions are virtual, which offers the flexibility to work with runners regardless of where they are located.

During my free time, I enjoy running (obviously!), hiking, gardening, traveling, dining out at different restaurants, or just hanging with friends!
